Victoria Village Shops
Rapid Relief is located within the Victoria Village Shops at 72 Ross Street in Unit 6G. It can be a bit difficult to find my unit, so please see the map if you have any issues or feel free to reach out.
The main entrance is locked at 6 pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. If your appointment is on a weekend or after 6 pm, you will need to call or text 705-970-1858 when you arrive for your appointment. I will meet you at a door to let you in. The side door is closer to the parking lot, and you're welcome to us it at any time but it is always locked so you would need to call or text so I can let you in.
Free Parking
There are 2 free designated parking spots for customers to use, just look for the Rapid Relief Clients Only signs in the parking lot. Please do not park in a spot that is reserved for another business.
The gravel lot beside the paved parking, directly behind my parking signs, is also free and you are welcome to park there. There is also paid city street parking on the other side of Ross St.
