FAQ

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Any cancellations within the 24 hour period will be charged a $25 late cancellation fee. Appointments that are missed with no notice will be charged a no show fee of the full amount of the treatment. Late cancellation and no show fees are not eligible for reimbursement through insurance.

Should I talk during my treatment?

You are welcome to talk to your therapist throughout the treatment, but you don't have to. If you'd like to simply relax without conversation, that is okay.

What kind of oil do you use?

Tianna uses a Luxury Blend oil that contains canola oil, coconut oil, apricot oil, almond oil, jojoba oil, and sesame seed oil. If you have any allergy concerns please reach out before your appointment so we can have an option available that works for you.

Which appointment is right for me?

Appointment type depends on your goals, expectations, and the type of treatment you can tolerate. Appointment types can be changed at any time, so you can book any appointments and if after talking to your therapist you want to switch to a different type that is no problem. Your therapist will also recommend a different type if they feel it would better suit your needs.

What can I expect from my first appointment?

You will be e-mailed health history forms when you book your appointment and will be expected to have filled them out prior to arriving at your appointment. If you don't have a chance to fill them out beforehand, please arrive 10 minutes early to fill them out in the office. Your therapist will go over your health history form with you and ask for clarification or more detail were necessary. You will also be asked about your goals for the massage and will be given a chance to explain any issues your having and ask questions about your treatment. Your therapist will leave the treatment room so you can undress to your comfort level before getting on the table. For a NFR and assisted stretch treatment, you remain clothed. Your therapist will knock before coming back into the treatment room. At the end of the treatment, the therapist will leave the room so you can get dressed. Take your time getting off the table as you may be a bit light headed.

What should I wear? Do I have to undress?

We do recommend skin on skin contact as it is more effective, but if you are not comfortable removing your clothes that is okay. We can treat you over your clothes or over the sheets.

As most clients undress for the treatment, it does not matter what you wear. If you are more comfortable keeping your clothes on, we suggest wearing loose, stretchy, comfortable clothing.

For NFR and assisted stretch treatments, please wear clothing that allows you to move freely, like workout clothing, and do not wear jeans.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit, credit, cash, and e-transfer. We are also able to direct bill most major insurance companies.
