Tianna Rice, RMT

Hi, I’m Tianna, your go-to massage therapist for all things pain relief. Whether you’re dealing with chronic tension, a new injury, or recurring discomfort, I’m here to help you move and feel better, faster. I believe that massage therapy should be as functional as it is relaxing. I focus on results-driven treatments that target the root cause of pain while ensuring each session is tailored to your needs

I began my career in 2018 after graduating from the D’Arcy Lane Institute in London, Ontario. My first job was in the small town of Lucan, before I returned home to Sault Ste. Marie in early 2019 and opened my first clinic, Superior Massage Therapy. Running a clinic on my own taught me a lot, and I’m especially grateful to the clients who supported me while I was finding my footing.

In 2020, massage therapists across Ontario were shut down during the pandemic. As the world started to reopen, I moved to Thompson, Manitoba and opened Mystery Lake Massage Therapy. Providing care in a remote, northern community was incredibly meaningful. I also had the opportunity to bring other RMTs into the clinic, and I truly enjoyed helping them build their practices and thrive in their careers.

During this time, I also began traveling monthly to Churchill, Manitoba, a community without access to a registered massage therapist. I would take the 16-hour train ride once a month to provide treatments for a week. It was an unforgettable experience. In the evenings, I searched for polar bears, went boating with belugas, and photographed the northern lights. This was a very special time in my career, and I highly recommend visiting Northern Canada if you ever have the opportunity.

On March 13, 2022, I married the love of my life at Paint Lake Provincial Park on a very cold winter day. Later that year, he was hired by WestJet based out of Toronto, and we relocated to Barrie, Ontario. It was the closest to Toronto I was willing to go.

After moving to Barrie, I worked at several great clinics before finding the perfect fit at Integrated Health Connections in March 2025. I appreciate the collaborative environment and the freedom to create a schedule that works well for both my clients and myself.

I also began teaching massage therapy in 2023 as an instructor at a local private career college. Teaching has expanded my knowledge and deepened my passion for the profession. Helping students grow and find their own paths as therapists has been a rewarding part of my career.

A big shift in my treatment approach came in 2021 when I took my first RAPID Neurofascial Reset course. I was skeptical at first, but the results quickly won me over. RAPID has allowed me to offer more focused, effective treatments and has helped many of my clients see faster progress. I regularly see success with conditions like rotator cuff tears, TMJD, migraines, and sciatica. Combining RAPID with a strong understanding of pathophysiology has taken my treatments to a new level.

When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me curled up at home with a fantasy novel and my three cats. In the warmer months, I spend as much time outside as possible. I enjoy camping, swimming, hiking, and kayaking whenever I get the chance.
